Rick started doing body work in 1972, but not just on cars, as he moved through several phases of paint and body work, including the Mid Atlantic Air Museum, where he restored WWII-era aircraft, also doing work on everything from golf carts to boats and back. He worked for Brandywine Aero and ran the paint shop for a major cement truck manufacturer for eight years.
Recently, Rick helped build the "Soul Survivor" fuel coupe of Rocky Pirrone. He is the builder, crewchief and driver of "Pappy's Toy", a 1976 Chevy Monza built in tribute to Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins' championship car from 1976.
Rick's specialties are in fiberglass repair and custom fabrication. The Manheim shop also performs general auto maintenance, spray-on bed liners, and small dent repair in addition to major body work, with Rick's goal complete customer satisfaction.
